Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or give refunds unless an item proves faulty. If you are not happy with your order please contact us and we will do what we can to help you. Issues need to be treated on a case-by-case basis. In the case that we might offer a refund to resolve an issue, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included. Items returned to us without prior contact from you and subsequent approval from us will not be refunded or returned to you and will therefore be forfeit.

 

Cancellations:

Your order may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, as long as it has not already been marked as dispatched. After 24 hours/the order has been marked as dispatched it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Can I combine orders?

If you place more than one order within our processing timeframe, it may be possible to combine them and receive a refund of overpaid shipping charges. If this is the case, please contact us and we will make arrangements, providing nothing has already been dispatched.

Coupon Codes:

PR/offer/sale codes cannot usually be combined. Once an order has been placed, codes cannot be applied retrospectively. Please do not leave coupon codes of any kind, in the notes section, they cannot not be applied..

 

Can I request a custom order?

We have a listing for custom scripts in the shop. Outside of this we can sometimes accept custom orders for modifications to our existing designs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Availability of this service is dependent on how busy we are, so please keep in mind, it's not always possible.

Sticker colour and appearance:

While every effort has been made to represent our stickers as they appear in the flesh, it is important to remember that monitors/screens vary greatly across devices. Colours may vary on your device and we cannot be held responsible for this.

Can I add/remove items to my order?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot add or subtract items from the invoice. If you wish to add items, plus refer to our policy on combining orders above.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Please check the ribbon at the top of the screen for current processing times. We try to keep these to a minimum, but at busy times and during sales they will need to be set as a longer timeframe to allow us to meet higher demand and maintain customer expectations.

 

Will I receive a tracking number?

Due to the nature and lower value of our products, sending orders by standard letter post is the norm. Adding tracking adds hugely to the cost of shipping, therefore we do not offer tracking as standard to keep the costs down for you. However, tracking is available as an option at checkout for all orders worldwide. 

 

When will my order arrive?

Well that is the million dollar question! 
UK orders are sent 1st class and therefore should arrive in 1-2 days after dispatch.
EU orders vary by country. Royal Mail quotes an aim of 3-5 working days.
USA and the rest of the world, Royal Mail quotes an aim of 6-7 working days.

That said...with world events and the pandemic aftermath, these estimates are sometimes a guide at best and overly ambitious at worst! We would ask for a little patience, especially at peak times. In our experience, peak times such as Black Friday and Christmas can double, triple and more, these estimated delivery times and we know it can be really frustrating. Once an order has been shipped using standard shipping we cannot do anything to track it or speed it up on it's way to you. If tracking is important to you, you must select this option at checkout. Please also be aware that customs in your country can delay shipping and this is out of our hands as well as out of the hands of the postal service.

Lost orders.

If your order has not arrived 2 weeks for UK orders/4weeks for international orders, after the estimated delivery window for your country ends, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help you receive your order.

I used the wrong address!

If you have realised that your address is incorrect after placing an order and we have not marked it as dispatched, please contact us and we will do our best to correct the address for you if your order has not yet left us. Rebel Ink Co is not responsible for the loss of any order after it has been dispatched to an incorrect address provided by you.
